The institute has strengthened its transport facility by augmenting a fleet of 30 buses to provide affordable and easy connectivity from all parts of Delhi. Faculty and staff members along with day scholar students can avail the facility of these buses from every corner of Delhi.

The Institute is well equipped with library with an approximate seating of 250 students. The library forms an excellent blend of books covering the course curriculum, magazines, journals and beyond the curriculum reading material along with the availability of the Digital Library. The library area is equipped with the Wi-Fi facility to cater for the access of online study material for the benefit of students. Library is also equipped with a photocopier and printer for the convenience of students. Facility of book bank is also provided so students can issue books for the entire semester.

In this Language lab, the faculties endeavour to make the students communication impeccable. So that students may become an indispensable part of the corporate world which is the need of the growing technology and expanding boundaries. English has become a global language so the students need to implement it in their day-to-day life to become globe-trotters. Firstly, their listening skills are enhanced, then reading, followed by writing and the lastly the focus is on English speaking. These four modules are the barriers which we resolve with the aid of this digital language lab.

Dr. Bindu Kapoor is a Consultant Psychologist and a Counselor at HMR Institute of Technology& Management., Her post-graduation in Human Development and Doctoral degree in Psychology along with a vast enriched experience of almost two decades in the field of education has enabled her to touch many lives. She holds expertise in behaviour modification, identification of academic gaps and mending up emotional irregularities. The institute has well developed outdoor and indoor sports facilities. The playground is spread over an area of 0.5 acres with a plethora of activities like volleyball, basketball, cricket, athletics, football, long jump, shortput and many more. Indoor activities like table tennis, carrom, chess, badminton are also available for recreation. The Sports club organizes Inter-collegiate Sports to provide leadership and recreation opportunities to the students in order to enhance their knowledge and skill in a specific sport of interest while at the same time retaining social, cognitive and physical experiences.

The institute has a spacious cafeteria for the students and staff members and provides hygienically cooked, healthy meals for breakfast and lunch apart from snacks and refreshments.

The Institution has Reverse Osmosis Plant to provide drinking water to the college. The entire college campus is facilitated with pure Reverse Osmosis (RO) drinking water with water coolers in every block to cater to the need of pure and safe drinking water to all. The water treatment plant provides safe drinking water at every tap on the campus. A high level of maintenance attention and regular testing ensure the quality of the water.

HMR institute of technology and management has become the first green/Energy efficient institute in GGSIPU by installing 146 KW grid interactive solar power plant. Inaugurated by Dr. Harsh Vardhan Union minister science and technology and earth science, Govt. of India on 25 Oct. 2016

The institute has installed a generator of 200 VA for complete power backup in case of failure of electricity. Separate Power backup facility is provided at each Department for uninterrupted teaching, learning and research and administrative work.
